I make art because I have to and want to. But beyond that, the style I've taken on is the abstract, expressionist style with tints of realism. My art is a direct reflection of who I am, where I've been and where I want to go. Recently my work has gone monochromatic with the themes varying between photo replication and imaginary landscapes. Why Monochromatic? Because it's honest. Why Photos? So I can take this distorted plane of reality and make it my own. Why imagination? We're all creative people and I choose my outlet through art. I plan on continuing on this path in hopes of finding the answer. I'm not to sure of the question but through my studio work i hope to find both.
