ARTIST BIO
Brandon Styza was born in Waukesha, WI in 1981. After attending high school in Sarasota, FL, he graduated with a BFA at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. He went on to receive his Master of Architecture in 2010 at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He is now the owner of Styza Tectonic, LLC in Chicago. |

STATEMENT
Styza Tectonic LLC is an evolving abstract machine with integrity. It is currently functioning as a cross-disciplinary creative practice through the purposeful application of constructive energy forces. It is powered primarily by the artist
Brandon Styza and is enabled by those within its proximity, including its adroit collaborators and clients. It is an intelligent amoeba, shape-shifting its way through time via skillful, consistent, and conscious efforts to build, produce, make, design, fabricate, transport, alter, remodel, assemble, organize, describe, repair, etc.. the people, places, things, and ideas it comes in contact with.
